Aluminium & Copper Terminals & In-Line Connectors

We are manufacturers of Crimping Type Aluminium and Copper Terminals  and
In-Line connectors suitable for 1.1 KV upto 36 KV class XLPE/PVC/PILC cables.
Our terminals are made of 99% electrolytic grade aluminium and copper alloys, confirming to BS 2874 C101 & BS 1977, finish electro tinned to BS 1982.

Mechanical Aluminium Connectors
We manufacture shear head type mechanical Aluminium connectors which are
suitable for 1.1KV cable connections for all ranges from 4c x 16 sq.mm to
4c x 500 sq.mm. These connectors are suitable for circular and sector shaped
conductors both for aluminium and copper. A brass gauge is provided with every
connector which is to be wound over copper conductor which takes care of the
bimetallic reaction between aluminium and copper material. Our connector are suitable for single and parallel branch joint. These are very easy to install and require no special tools. A ratchet spanner is used to shear the bolts after tightening the connector firmly in the conductor.
